Philosophy:

Much of human behavior can be explained through the examinination of the evolutionary and anthropological history of humans. Sometimes in order to move forward, we need to go deep into our ancestral pasts.

The fundamentals of human wellbeing can be built by defining our own personal wellness toolbox. Each person has different tools, and each tool can be used differently, but ultimately, with the right tools and support, everyone can be on a path to wellness and recovery.
